happyrover.com is responsible for any defective items.
Our primary goal is to make sure that you are pleased with your transaction with happyrover.com and that your pet is safe. That being said, please measure your pet carefully and use the provided sizing charts. Exchanges are available only on select items. If you need an exchange contact us prior to returning ANY item as exchanges are only on select items. happyrover.com reserves the right to deny exchanges on a case by case basis . On approved exchanges, the buyer is responsible to pay for shipping both ways. If the item is eligible for return, it must be returned for exchange only within 20 days. All items returned to happyrover.com must be in perfect unused condition, tags attached, free of soil/hair/odor. Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee . If you are unsure about an aspect of an item or its eligibility for return or have any questions, please email us before ordering. Items must be returned to happyrover.com for exchange prior to exchange. We apologize, no refunds or returns on custom orders such as the cots/dog bed covers/worn or used items or items purchased from our Flea Market Category. happyrover.com is not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged items. International buyers are responsible for paying all import duty, tax and fees, which may be collected by your country when the parcel arrives. We declare exact purchase price as the value of goods when completing customs declarations forms. We will not check the "gift" box or under value items on the customs form. |
